First stop at Thunderbike Germany / Hamminkeln. Having a coffee with the guys.

1947 FORD COE TRUCK

It was time to start with striping the COE.
The COE gas tank is sitting behind the seats.
After taking the tank out I discovered a big hole
in the floor board. The cap has to come off the
frame and it needs to be sandblasted.
I like to use the original frame rails but the axles
have to go.

Shelby Cobra Daytona body

Hand crafted aluminum model car body 42" long.
It's actually more difficult to built a little
model car then a real car.
Being off a 1/8 of a inch is a lot on a
model car but nothing on a real car.
